Responsibilities:
1. Have a college degree or above in electronics/electrical related majors, and CET-4 or above;
2. Grasp the basic knowledge of electronics/electrical and related majors, and understand the basic theories of semiconductor device physics;
3. Understand the testing procedures, testing capabilities and testing methods of environmental testing and electrical performance parameter testing;
4. Proficiency in the use of oscilloscopes, current source meters, environmental boxes and other instruments and equipment;
4. Understand or be familiar with the requirements of the CNAS laboratory management system, and be able to report accurate and reliable results in accordance with the method specifications of the test items;
5. Proficiency in using data processing tools such as excel, minitab, etc., with the ability to analyze experimental data;
6. Have fluent writing, oral expression and communication skills, and be able to write experimental reports independently;
7. A proactive team player with the ability to learn and improve independently.
Requirements:
1. Assist the test engineer to execute the experiment plan;
2. Operate reliability test equipment such as power semiconductor device parameter detection, environmental chamber, HTRB and power cycle to meet the experimental requirements;
3. Maintain laboratory equipment;
4. Write experiment report;
5. Assist in the classification, recording, receipt and delivery and tracking of test samples.
